Ok, this is a quick set of photos taken with my video camera and two short video clips so you can see this puppy in action. The "scrolling led" sign will be advertising the radio station you can turn to to get details on the haunt as you drive by. I'll go into more detail when I'm not so bleary eyed tired.. ;)
I'm pretty happy with the solution I had for one major problem, namely when the keeper would "nod" backward, the skull would hit the coffin door! :( So I created a small bracket (See nod-torso pic) that makes the head-nod servo also act as a lean forward/backward servo to keep the animatronic skull from hitting the front or back of the casket! :) The BasicStamp™ code I used to make all the motions is here:
